As Topsite has grown, it’s become more difficult to respond to support requests via email. We’ve developed this ticketing system to ensure that client issues are being flagged and addressed in an appropriate time frame. This system is monitored daily, and enables us to view the status of all support requests in one centralized location.

How It Works

  • Upon submission, a notification is sent to our team and an issue is created in our Customer Support system.
  • We’ll ensure that your issue is reviewed as soon as possible and assigned to the appropriate member of our team.
  • We’ll confirm that the issue is being addressed and will let you know when it has been resolved.
  • We may reach out to confirm details or diagnose issues as required.

This ticketing system is the fastest way to ensure that your issue is dealt with as quickly as possible. Due to the volume of emails we receive, we cannot guarantee that requests sent to via email will be seen and addressed promptly.
